1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ReleaseMyApp ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ReleaseMyApp is a web-based tool that analyzes iOS (.ipa) and Android (.apk/.aab) app binaries before App Store or Google Play submission. The Service runs automated checks covering metadata, permissions, privacy compliance, SDK levels, binary format, architecture, and security.

3. Account Registration

You may need to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload malicious files or malware
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, disassemble, or decompile the Service
• Use the Service to violate any applicable law or regulation
• Upload binaries you do not own or have rights to analyze
• Circumvent usage limits or access controls
• Resell or redistribute scan results commercially without permission

5. Uploaded Content

You retain all rights to the app binaries you upload. By uploading a file, you grant us a temporary, limited license to process it for analysis purposes only. Files are automatically deleted after processing. We do not claim ownership of your uploaded content.

6. Scan Results and Accuracy

Scan results are provided on an "as is" basis for informational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that:

• Passing all checks means your app will be approved by Apple or Google
• All potential issues will be detected
• Recommendations will resolve every rejection scenario

ReleaseMyApp is a pre-submission validation tool, not a guarantee of approval. Final submission decisions are made by Apple and Google at their discretion.

7. Payments and Refunds

Paid features are billed through Stripe. Prices are displayed before purchase. One-time scan payments are non-refundable once the scan has been processed. Subscription plans can be canceled at any time and will remain active until the end of the billing period.

If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at support@releasemyapp.com within 14 days of the charge.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and content (excluding user-uploaded binaries), is owned by ReleaseMyApp and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReleaseMyApp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
